As the founder of Lighthouse Leadership Academy, she equips professionals, entrepreneurs, and ministry leaders with the tools to lead with clarity, resilience, and purpose.
With over a decade of experience in healthcare leadership, higher education, ministry, and coaching, Samontra specializes in guiding women and faith-driven leaders to shift their mindsets, rebuild their confidence, and eliminate self-sabotaging behaviors. Her approach is rooted in faith, personal development, and strategic leadership, ensuring her clients gain the clarity, structure, and support needed to thrive.
A John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, Samontra is passionate about helping others rediscover their voice, identity, and influence. Whether through one-on-one coaching, leadership development programs, or ministry, she provides a safe space for transformation, equipping individuals to break free from limitations, embrace their full potential, and walk in the power of their calling.
Samontra holds master’s degrees in Social Work and Health Administration and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity to deepen her impact in both leadership and ministry. Her foundational scripture, Matthew 5:14, reflects her mission: to be a beacon of light, empowering others to shine boldly in their purpose.
